Our founder Mrs Asmani Surve is an empirical coach & expert human resource consultant, coaching management executives and individuals to achieve their business and personal goals. She has done her studies in human resource management, neurons programming and earned rich experience in utilizing her skills. Her understanding of individual challenges like leadership, emotional management, relationship issues, limiting beliefs and many such psychological blocks have gained her niche clientele. She has served multinationals as a Human Resource professional and now provides consulting to her clients at Skynotch Group. She is a professional trainer and life skill coach certified by international certification bodies.
